The Senior Community, Eldorado Church of God Home, Inc. is opening the waiting list for STUDIO APARTMENTS ONLY on September 1, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.

A Section 8 household must be composed of one or more persons at least one of whom is 62 years of age or more at the time of application. Applicants must provide documentation of Social Security numbers for all members of the family.

Annual income limit for

Extremely Low Income 1 person occupancy - $36,750

2 person occupancy - $42,000

Low Income 1 person occupancy - $97,950

2 person occupancy - $111,950

If the applicant meets the key requirements (age and income limit) the applicant will be placed on the waiting list. When a unit becomes available, the next applicant will be offered a interview to be considered for the next vacancy and certified for residency.

Applications will be made available on-line (www.eldmv.org) on September 1, 2026. (8:00 a.m.) Applications will also be available at the office at 115 S. Clementine St. Oceanside.

Anyone who wishes to be placed on the waiting list must submit an application on-line or at 115 S. Clementine St. Oceanside, CA 92054. This can be done either in an onsite drop box, by mail, or fax (760)722-7879 or email (studio090126@gmail.com).

Applicant screening criteria – All applicants will fill out a standard application. Each applicant will also have a Credit Check, Criminal Investigation Report, Terrorist and Eviction Report ran at final qualification before a unit is offered. Landlord verification forms will be sent out to previous landlords for the last 5 years.
